About Directorate of Medical Education
The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam is a key government body responsible for overseeing and managing medical education and associated services in the state of Assam. Other Eligibility Criteria For DME Recruitment 2024?
Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
Age Limit: Candidates age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on the last date of receipt of application.
Age Relaxation: Category-wise upper age limit relaxation is as mentioned below –
- OBC/MOBC: 3 years
- ST/SC: 5 years
- PwD: 10 years
Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must be registered in any of the Employment Exchanges of Assam.
Reservation: Reservation of posts for female candidates will be as per prevailing government rules.
